I'll be covering different approaches to UX ideation and brainstorming, as well as how to effectively turn your ideas into reality.
<aside> 💡 There are dozens — if not hundreds — of activities you can do to lead a successful design sprint. Where the best activity varies depending on the nature of the problem and your team, the most important thing is your process.

This post will cover two major phases: ideation and implementation. Within ideation, we'll explore the steps of understanding your users, defining your problem, and sketching early solutions. I've included effective activities you can do with your team in each step of this process.
The first step is to understand the problem and your users.
The second step is to really narrow down and define the scope of your solution.
The third step of this process is to sketch. The goal of this step is to produce a range of potential solutions.
